Stephanie has been recognized in Voyage Phoenix  and Canvas Rebel Magazines for her work as a local artist in the metro Phoenix area. What began as a humble side project flourished into her own small business creating custom orders for those her community. For two years she managed her role as business owner and Head Baker/Banquet Pastry Cook for Fox Restaurant Concepts. Her decision to pursue pastry arts as a career stemmed from her constant presence in kitchens from a young age. Stephanie's work is a product of passion, attention to detail, and ultimately, good food. She works to achieve those delectable, "yum" moments that we all yearn for in a dessert while staying true to her quality standards. Stephanie believes in food's ability to bring those together while maintaining respect and appreciation from where and how ingredients are sourced.

Food Writer

Stephanie is currently a graduate student at Boston University's Metropolitan College receiving a Masters in Gastronomy. Her focus is on food media writing and cultural history. You can view her writing samples here. Stephanie hopes to pursue food writing full-time.

Community Arts Activist

Stephanie graduated magna cum laude from Arizona State University with a BFA in Dance Performance and a minor in Social Psychology. After twenty years studying ballet and working professionally as a dance artist in Phoenix, Stephanie continues to promote art and accessibility to her community in new ways. Her engagement work encompasses the importance (and fun) of childhood development and arts advocacy. She has been a contracted artist with City of Tempe's Community Arts team for six years.
